EverEx has been named a Quarterfinalist in the 2026 Digital Health & AI Awards, presented by the Digital Health Hub Foundation. We were selected in the Rising Star track for the Home, Hybrid & Remote Care category.
Quarterfinalists were announced on September 28, 2026. The competition now moves into another round of judging before Finalists are selected, and it culminates at HLTH in Las Vegas in November.
Recognition for Care Beyond the Clinic
A significant part of rehabilitation and recovery happens between visits. A patient may spend an hour or two each week with their care team. The rest of their recovery happens at home, where they work through exercises, manage symptoms, and decide each day whether to follow the plan.
Providers have traditionally had limited visibility into that time. Progress, setbacks, and missed exercises often surface only at the next appointment, if they surface at all.
That gap is what we work on. EverEx supports Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and patient engagement between visits through personalized home exercise programs (HEP), adherence and symptom tracking, and clinician-patient communication. Care teams can see how patients are progressing outside scheduled appointments and follow up when someone may need more support.
The Home, Hybrid & Remote Care category centers on care that continues after the patient leaves the clinic. That continuity is the focus of our work with physical therapy practices and physicians and hospitals.
What This Recognition Means for Us
Being named a Quarterfinalist is an early stage in the competition, not a final result. We see it as validation of the problem we are working to solve and the direction we are taking to solve it.
Our focus stays the same: making between-visit care more connected, practical, and visible, both for the providers who guide care and for the patients doing the work of recovery at home.
About the Digital Health & AI Awards
The Digital Health & AI Awards are presented by the Digital Health Hub Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded in 2017 on the campus of UCSF. Now in their eighth year, the awards recognize companies and innovations across digital health, AI, and healthcare technology.
Companies are evaluated by leaders spanning healthcare, clinical care, investment, technology, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
What Comes Next
Quarterfinalists now move into the next stage of judging. Finalists will be announced October 12, 2026.
The competition culminates at the Digital Health & AI Awards Grand Finale at HLTH in Las Vegas on November 16, 2026.
We are grateful to the Digital Health Hub Foundation and its judges, and we congratulate the other companies recognized this year. In the meantime, our work continues with the providers and patients we support every day.
