The Opportunity

The EverEx team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Physical Therapist to join us in a part-time role.

In this role, you will manage a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring patient caseload while collaborating closely with treating clinicians and our U.S. business team. You will also provide valuable feedback on patient experiences, clinical workflows, and product functionality to help shape how EverEx supports care beyond the clinic.

This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in Austin, Texas. Candidates must hold an active Texas Physical Therapy License or Compact PT license.

What You’ll Do

• Manage an active patient caseload and provide Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, primarily for patients in Texas and potentially other compact states.
• Communicate with treating clinicians regarding patient progress, engagement, and clinical concerns through patient documentation, asynchronous communication, and synchronous communication.
• Support monthly billing processes and ensure required RTM documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Support patients in following their prescribed care plans and encourage participation and engagement through home exercise software between clinic visits.
• Gather patient, clinician, and product feedback and share insights with cross-functional teams to inform improvements.
• Collaborate with EverEx clinicians and business team members to support effective patient care and improve RTM workflows.
• Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the overall patient and provider experience.

What You’ll Bring

• An active Texas Physical Therapy license and/or Compact license in good standing.

The Opportunity

The EverEx team is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Korean-speaking Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join us.

Korean fluency is a must for this role. In this position, you will manage a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) patient caseload, communicate directly with patients, and collaborate closely with treating therapists, clinicians, and our U.S. business team.

You will also provide valuable feedback on patient experiences, clinical workflows, and product functionality to help shape how EverEx supports care beyond the clinic.

This is a remote, part-time position based in New Jersey, averaging approximately 10 hours per week, with flexible availability between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET. There may also be opportunities for the role to transition into a full-time position as EverEx grows and business needs evolve.

Location & Licensing

• This position is based in New Jersey.
• Candidates must hold an active New Jersey PTA license in good standing or an eligible Compact PTA license.
• An active PTA license in good standing is required.

What You’ll Do

• Manage an active patient caseload and provide Remote Therapeutic Monitoring services, primarily for patients located in New Jersey.
• Communicate with patients in Korean and English to support engagement, answer questions, and encourage participation in their prescribed care plans.
• Communicate with treating therapists regarding patient progress, engagement, and clinical concerns.
• Support patients with their prescribed home exercise programs and help encourage participation between clinic visits.
• Document patient progress and relevant clinical communications.
• Help identify barriers to patient engagement and develop practical ways to improve participation.
• Gather patient, clinician, and product feedback to share with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with EverEx clinicians and business team members to support effective patient care and improve RTM workflows.
• Take initiative to identify opportunities to strengthen the overall patient and provider experience.
• Participate in occasional site visits to support clinic partners, patients, or EverEx initiatives as needed. Site visits will be communicated in advance.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• An active New Jersey PTA license in good standing or an eligible Compact PTA license.
• PTA experience in an outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitative setting is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage a remote patient caseload independently.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort communicating with patients virtually through phone, video, and digital platforms.

Our mission is to bring personalized rehab to everyone. We are hiring an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to be the President’s strategic partner and to run the people, contracting, and financial operations that keep our U.S. business moving.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. You will extend the President’s capacity by managing her time, communications, and priorities.

You will also own the operational infrastructure behind our team, contracts, and finances. You will work closely with leadership in the U.S. and Korea, see how an early-stage company is built, and have real ownership over the systems you create.

This is a full-time, exempt, 100% remote position for candidates based in the United States. Occasional early-morning or evening availability is required for coordination with our Korea-based parent company.

Executive Support to the President

• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and correspondence. Capture meeting outcomes and drive action items to completion.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams, customers, partners, and the parent company on the President’s behalf.
• Coordinate travel, conference and speaking-engagement logistics, and expense reporting.
• Track strategic initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables. Surface risks and follow-ups before they become issues.
• Draft and manage routine communications. Triage the President’s inbox and requests as delegated.

People Operations

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors, including offer letters, contractor agreements, proprietary information and invention assignment agreements, I-9, W-4/W-9 collection, and state new-hire paperwork.
• Maintain organized, confidential personnel and contractor files, including SOW and renewal tracking.
• Coordinate remote equipment deployment and retrieval, and system access provisioning and de-provisioning with IT.
• Support recruiting through job postings, candidate scheduling, and interview logistics.
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison on employee benefits for enrollments, changes, and employee questions.
• Maintain the employee handbook, policies, and HR calendar. Support culture and team engagement across a distributed team.

Contract Operations

• Manage the contract lifecycle for customer, partner, vendor, and contractor agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, SOWs, and subscription agreements.
• Prepare agreements from approved templates, route them for internal approval and e-signature, and coordinate with outside counsel on redlines and non-standard terms.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and tracker covering key terms, obligations, renewal and termination dates, and notice deadlines.
• Proactively alert stakeholders to upcoming renewals, expirations, and contractual obligations.

Financial Operations

• Support accounts payable and receivable, including vendor bills, customer invoicing, and collections follow-up.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and reconciliation with the payroll provider and, where applicable, the accounting team.
• Manage expense reimbursements, corporate card reconciliation, and SaaS and vendor subscription tracking.
• Serve as the liaison to outside bookkeepers and accountants. Support month-end close, budget tracking, 1099 filings, and financial reporting to the President and parent company.

Corporate Administration

• Maintain corporate records, state registrations, annual reports, and business licenses.
• Coordinate business insurance renewals and certificate requests.
• Support intercompany documentation and reporting requests from the parent company.
• Assist with corporate compliance initiatives, including HIPAA training and compliance tracking.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations coordinator supporting a C-level or senior executive, preferably at a startup or in healthcare or technology.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following: people operations, contract administration, or financial operations including AP/AR, payroll, or expense management.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through. You anticipate needs and manage competing priorities without dropping details.
• Polished written and verbal communication. Comfortable representing an executive with customers, partners, and international stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, e-signature tools such as DocuSign, and accounting and payroll platforms such as QuickBooks, Gusto, or Brex.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment basics including W-2 versus 1099 classification, onboarding compliance, and standard commercial contract terms.
• Exceptional discretion with confidential personnel, financial, and business information.
• Startup experience or experience supporting a subsidiary of a foreign parent company is preferred.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is $60,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
